Steve Groves career spans several decades
as a jazz and blues guitarists. Living in New York City for 15 years, Steve had the opportunity to perform with such diverse
musicians as blues greats The Holmes Brothers, jazz greats Charlie Rouse and Percy France, classical clarinetist Richard Stoltzman, B3 masters Lonnie
Smith and Brother Jack McDuff, and Avantists like the award winning Multi National Big Band and pioneer drummer Sunny Murray
to name but a few. Steve's vast and varied background in music brings another dimension to the guitar
learning experience. Influenced by jazz guitarists like Howard Roberts and Wes Montgomery, and a love of the Brazilian nylon
string Bossa Nova sound all combine in an unique fingerstyle montage of harmony and melody. Listen
